Richard Packham has been working for criminal defence solicitors in South London since 1992. He sucessfully completed his police station accreditation in 1996 and attends the police station on a regular basis to represent those arrested throughout the UK. Richard has dealt with numerous serious criminal cases outside of the London area including Birmingham, Nottingham, Truro and Carlisle and has worked along side some of Englands leading QC's and junior barristers.

Richard has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of criminal defence work including numerous muders, armed robberies and crimes involving serious violence. Richard has represented many people that have found themselves facing allegations of a serious sexual nature. He has vast experience in dealing with large scale conspiracies and also large scale drug supply and drug importations, which have included covert operations both here in the UK and Europe and has involved mobile phone related data technology.
