• Deborah Sharpley is a qualified Advocate in South Africa and worked for many years as a State Advocate for the Attorney General before coming to the UK.

• She is fluent in Afrikaans and Dutch and still retains close links with South Africa and the South African community in the UK.

• Deborah has wide experience of dealing with the whole range of criminal offences from the police station through all Courts. She is also a lecturer at the College of Law in advanced criminal practice.
